Return Policy (No Refunds)

At Alienation Portal LLC, we operate as a hybrid business offering digital products, handmade goods, and physical resale items. Due to the nature of these products, all sales policies are strictly enforced.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Final – Digital & Handmade Products

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances for:

  • Digital downloads (eBooks, templates, calendars, sublimation wraps, etc.)

  • Handmade items (tumblers, jewelry)

Digital Product Access

All digital products are delivered electronically. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Enter the correct email address

  • Download and save files after purchase

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file corruption or download error), contact us at alienationportal@gmail.com. We will assist in resolving the issue, but this does not qualify for a refund.

2. Physical Resale Items (New & Pre-Owned)

All physical items are sold as-is and are carefully described to reflect condition, including any flaws.

Returns / Refund Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • The item is significantly not as described

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Required for Claims

To request a review, you must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the request.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing or fit

  • Minor wear consistent with pre-owned condition

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Shipping delays once the item has been dispatched

3. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By purchasing from Alienation Portal LLC, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for:

  • Successfully delivered digital products

  • Items accurately described and delivered

…will be considered fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of delivery and product access to payment processors

  • Dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence

  • Ban customers from future purchases

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery time is:

  • 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Tracking

All physical orders include tracking. Once shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery

Incorrect Address

Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages lost due to address errors

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Alienation Portal LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Misplaced packages

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.

5. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise

  • You have read product descriptions fully

  • You understand the difference between digital, handmade, and resale items
